Keeping Nevada Out of the Toxic Drywall Mix
Lennar has opening admitted to using Chinese Drywall and is remedating homeowners homes in Florida but not in Nevada.
The difference is our drywall is American based on the markings. We did find other markings in Spanish AND some drywall with limited to no markings. American drywall isn't supposed to have Strontium in it but ours does in high levels. Levels so high we had our blood tested. So what is the truth does American drywall made by Georgia
Pacific, American Gypsum have Strontium? Is the imported drywall we have actually made by a American company just in a plant in Mexico?
Next week we will be descended on by attorneys, media and other forms of communication to get the word out to other families in Las Vegas. There is Toxic Drywall in Las Vegas and Lennar is one of the builders who used it in our home.

Toxic Drywall Tsumani Coming to the Desert States - The Builders will be Crushed!
In Florida, the Governor reassessed homes with toxic drywall to be valued at zero because it cannot be used as intended. With over 100 homes tested in Las Vegas, NV and 70% of them coming back positive the setting the stage.
In Nevada, our builder Lennar is denying there is toxic drywall even though we showed them test results, showed them pictures, gave them medical records and sent them detailed letters. They responded with a letter ending with I hope we resolved all of your issues.
What Lennar doesn't seem to understand is we will not stop, we will go to the media, we have contacted our local representatives all the way up to the White House. When the dust settles their cover up will be exposed because we will not go away or fade away. We will do more press, get louder until we are heard.
When your home is toxic, you have lost your business, all of your belongings have been deemed toxic and both your wife and yourself have been sick for over five years there is nothing left to lose. My Grandfather told me one time you don't want to fight someone who has nothing to lose in an attempt to keep me from going into dangerous parts of the city. I understand what he meant now that I am one. I know now how someone who has nothing to lose feels.
For some reason, Lennar is dealing with the homes in Florida who have toxic Chinese drywall but refuse to listen to us about our American Drywall. What is the reason? We believe we are being discriminated against because they are assisting homeowners in Florida and Louisiana but NOT Nevada.
Thank you

Our Pledge - Test the drywall it may save your life
Our Pledge - Test the drywall it may save your life.
In Nevada, if a bank forecloses on a property and resells it to a Buyer it doesn't have to fill out a SRPD which is a Sellers Real Property Disclosure. This means if they patch the holes in the wall and paint, they have no obligation to tell the Buyers that there is potentially or in our case have been notified of the tests and health ramifications, PERIOD.
HOUSE SOLD, NEW BUYERS GET SICK, BANK MOVES ON, BUILDER WALKS...
So we are going to notify all of the neighbors, seek out others who are having this problem, put the builders on notice and force the issue until all of the families across the United States are made whole after being physically, financially and emotionally devastated by builder GREED. This is not an oversight, the builder is in fact responsible. Period.
We are banding together with other families across the United States, reaching out to Congressmen, Senate Representatives and Drywall Testing Companies to bring this problem of Toxic Drywall in Las Vegas.
Stay Strong

We are interviewed by the CPSC about toxic american drywall in Las Vegas
1st Home in Nevada Interviewed about Toxic AMERICAN Drywall
We sat down with a CPSC investigator on Sept 21st to follow-up on the web interview sheet we submitted. The package we sent in advance detailing how a new home we purchased from Lennar in 2004 was killing us one breath at a time. We showed him samples, went through our medical issues, showed him pictures of our toxic house.
One of the big issues in Las Vegas, NV is our humidity isn't even close to Florida or Louisiana so the problems they are having almost immediately after the home is occupied doesn't happen in Las Vegas, NV. In Las Vegas the humidity is low so instead of AC units and other highly corrosive areas show 6 years into the occupation of the home allow these chemicals to instead cause the occupants to be sick. The doctors treat the sinus infections, rashes, migraines with drugs. Other more severe issues such as brain damage they look for MS markers, Cancer and came up empty in my case.
The damage has been done healthwise causing the occupants not to be able to work, losing their business, retirement and homes to foreclosure.
The investigator is researching and hopefully will set a date to send a team out to take samples of our drywall to identify who made it and where it came from.
We will continue to fight for our rights and go after Lennar and Subcontractors.
The Investigator asked us not to release his info yet until he finished his investigation because we have at least 15 other homes in our community that may have the same issues. The health indicators seem to be there so we will see shortly.

Who knew?
When a stack of drywall arrives at job site who is responsible for checking it in? The super, project manager, the installer?
When you have a 3300 sq ft house you are going to need a lot of drywall.
Where was the breakdown when each stack sat on the ground where there was your common white gypsum, a gray gypsum and a pink gypsum. The manufactures had to of known. The installer had to of noticed and the project manager who is liable would definitely know so what did they do back in 2004 when the construction materials shortage used whatever they could get their hands on and probably said," We'll figure it out later." and got the houses finished putting countless lives in jeopardy.
That is my opinion, hell it took Lennar 12 tries to paint our front and rear doors to our home before getting it somewhat right.
I know one thing is true and correct is we have nothing to loose because everything has been taken from us including all of our life savings, retirement plan, our health and everything we own is contaminated and cannot be saved.
